After surrendering his life to Christ at twenty years old, Bo became convinced of one thing: Everybody needs Jesus. That conviction became his life's work. He prepared for ministry, and then planted two thriving churches in Northern Kentucky, pouring himself into the kind of community-centered, people-first ministry that defines who he is.
In 2020, Bo and his wife Cindy retired to Arizona (or so he thought). Invitations to preach around the state started coming in, and for a while, that was enough. But Bo quickly discovered that he didn't only miss preaching God's Word, he also missed the daily rhythm of leading and caring for a local congregation. He loves knowing member's names, walking through hard seasons together, and celebrating what God was doing in real time.
With this realization, Bo and Cindy spent a year praying one simple prayer: Lord, if you have a place for us to serve, please show us.
Then a friend called with a tip about a church in Sun City West that was looking for a Lead Pastor.
What Bo and Cindy found when they visited Inspire wasn't only a church in transition. It was a community with deep roots, genuine health, and people who regularly said something remarkable: "We actually like each other here." Since stepping in as Lead Pastor, Bo and Cindy have found that sentiment to be more than mere words. It's the culture. And they want you to experience it. As they like to say: "These people really do like each other, and there's room for you at Inspire Church."
