After surrendering his life to Christ at twenty, Bo became convinced of one thing: everybody needs Jesus. That conviction became his life's work. He prepared for ministry, then planted two thriving churches in Northern Kentucky — pouring himself into the kind of community-centered, people-first ministry that defines who he is.
In 2020, Bo and his wife Cindy moved to Arizona. Invitations to preach around the state started coming in, and for a while, that was enough. But Bo quickly discovered something: it wasn't just preaching he missed. It was the daily rhythm of leading and caring for a local congregation — knowing people's names, walking through hard seasons together, celebrating what God was doing in real time.
So Bo and Cindy spent a year praying one simple prayer: Lord, if you have a place for us to serve, please show us.
Then a friend called with a tip about a church in Sun City West looking for a Lead Pastor.
What Bo and Cindy found when they visited Inspire wasn't just a church in transition. It was a community with deep roots, genuine health, and people who — more than once — said something that stuck: "We actually like each other here." Since stepping in as Lead Pastor, Bo and Cindy have found that to be more than words. It's the culture. And they want you to experience it. As they like to say: "These people really do like each other — and there's room for you at Inspire Church."
